Educator Workshop: PLT EARLY CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES AND GROWING UP WILD

Both developed specifically for teachers working with young children (ages 3-6), and in coordination with early childhood experts and educators, Early Childhood Experiences is Project Learning Tree’s early childhood curriculum and Growing Up WILD is Project WILD’s. The books, provided to participants for free, contain interactive, hands-on activities for young learners about plants, wildlife, and nature in general. During the workshop, we will try out some of the activities and discuss how they can be used to build an understanding of plants and animals in our lives. Please bring a lunch.

Space is limited; call to register by Wednesday, May 22.

NOTE: Organized groups (scouts, schools, hiking clubs, etc.) are welcome, but are asked to call Five Rivers at 518-475-0291 to register.
