Lampricide Treatments - Fall 2009
Only one tributary of Lake Champlain is scheduled for treatment with TFM
- Lamoille River in Chittenden County, VT is receiving a TFM treatment the week of 9/28-10/2/09. Staff from all three partner agencies are participating in the treatment. This is the first sea lamprey treatment the Lamoille River has received.
2009 Sea Lamprey Trapping Summary
During the spring, trapping and removing of adult sea lamprey as they migrate up tributaries to spawn will take place on the following streams:
- Malletts Creek - Chittenden County, VT
- Sunderland Brook - Chittenden County, VT
- Indian Brook - Chittenden County, VT
- Pond Brook - Chittenden County, VT
- Trout Brook - Chittenden County, VT
- Stonebridge Brook - Chittenden County, VT
- Great Chazy River - Clinton County, NY
- Beaver Brook - Essex County, NY
- Mill Brook - Essex County, NY
- Mullen Brook - Essex County, NY
- Boquet River - Essex County, NY
2008 Lampricide Treatment Summary
TFM treatments were completed on five triibutaries

- Missisquoi River Franklin County, VT
- Great Chazy River, Clinton County, NY
- Mount Hope Brook, Washington County, NY
- Mill Brook, Essex County, NY
Bayluscide treatments were completed on two deltas:
- Saranac River Delta, Clinton County, NY
- Mill Brook Delta, Essex County, NY
