Staten Island Residents' Living With Deer Survey
Over the past several years, the population of white-tailed deer has increased in Staten Island (Richmond County) and that trend is expected to continue. In consideration of potential deer management options, the New York City Natural Resources staff have developed an on-line survey to assess the general attitudes of Staten Island residents towards white-tailed deer.
Taking the Survey
Staten Island residents (only, please!) can take the survey two ways:
- on-line thru the "Take SI Living with Deer Survey" link in the right column of this page or
- by printing and filling out the PDF version of the SI Living with Deer Survey (59 kb), and mailing it back to the Region 2 office.
If you are a Staten Island resident and you cannot print the PDF version, please call the Natural Resources office (718-482-4922) and request a printed copy.
