1-5 sites: Allegany, Chenango, Herkimer, Jefferson, Madison, Nassau, Onondaga, Otsego, Sullivan, Tioga.
6-10 sites: Chautauqua, Orleans, Putnam, Schuyler, Yates, Oswego.
11-15 sites: Genesee, Lewis.
16-25 sites: Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Ontario, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming.
26-50 sites: Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Steuben.
Greater than 50: Erie
