Long Pond Bird Conservation Area
The BCA consists of the portion of Long Pond State Forest that has been maintained as grassland. Species of interest include Henslow's Sparrow (threatened), Grasshopper Sparrow (threatened), Savannah Sparrow, Eastern Meadowlark and Bobolink.
