- Assists partners and NYS municipalities in obtaining funding for nonpoint source projects (e.g., Bond Act; EPF; Section 319, EQIP, Great Lakes erosion control projects)
- Coordinates and supports the Nonpoint Source Coordinating Committee (NPSCC), its Steering Committee and workgroups
- Implements the Nonpoint Source Management Program (PDF) (879 KB) in collaboration with key partners, and periodically updates the management plan
- Maintains the inventory of NPS Management Practice Catalogs
