How to translate DEC's website using the Microsoft Translator

Click on "Microsoft Translator" on the blue widget in the upper-right hand corner of the page.
This will take you to Microsoft's bing Translator.
On the "Translate to:" drop-down box, select the language which you would like to translate to.
In the dialog box labeled "Enter text or webpage URL," type: www.dec.ny.gov.
Click on the orange button labeled "Translate."
The DEC website will then open within the Microsoft Translator and be translated into your selected language.*
