Applicants must have 4 years of full-time experience (either manual or on an automated system) in graphic art/design, commercial art, or illustration. College study leading to an Associate, Bachelor or Master Degrees in commercial art, communications, advertising or graphic design, or illustration can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to three years of the non-supervisory experience with 30 credit hours equaling one yea of experience. |
