Draft Material Removal Work Plan - Roberto Clemente Park
The Draft Material Removal Work Plan for Roberto Clemente Park is now available by clicking on the link on the right side of this page. DEC and its partners are currently working on developing additional public participation information and this information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
The Division of Environmental Permits manages a system of permits known as the UPA permits. These permits, under the Uniform Procedures Act or UPA, protect New York's air, water, minerals, and biological resources.
Environmental Permit staff coordinate permit reviews and issue permits; assess the environmental impacts of proposed projects; and work toward regulatory efficiency and plain language.
Benefits to the Public: "One-stop shopping" for all permits required for a project; public understanding of and compliance with regulations.
