June 8, 2009 - Hudson River Estuary Management Advisory Committee Meeting
The Hudson River Estuary Management Advisory Committee met on June 8, 2009 at the Thayer Hotel, West Point, NY. This was a morning meeting that announced the release of the State of the Hudson report, and public release of the Discussion Draft Action Agenda 2010-2014. Commissioner Pete Grannis and Assistant Commissioner James Tierney joined the committee to discuss a variety of priority Hudson River estuary issues including; fisheries management and the Shad Recovery plan, watershed management opportunities and community infrastructure needs, open space protection and climate change.
