By Subway:

Take the No. 7 train to the Hunter's Point Ave. station. Leaving the station, walk towards the Empire State Building until the first intersection (Hunter's Point Ave and 21st Street) and take a RIGHT on to 21st Street. The NYSDEC Region 2 office is the first building across the street on 21st Street (it is tan/brown in color and named "Hunters Point Plaza").

By Car:

From Manhattan

Take Queens-MidTown Tunnel and use the far right tollbooths
Take the FIRST exit after the tollbooths (21st Street)
Make a RIGHT onto Borden Ave and go until Jackson Ave.
Take a RIGHT on to Jackson Ave, staying to the right to remain on Jackson Ave.
Go through 3 lights (passing Pulaski Bridge on the right) and the back of Hunters Point Plaza will be on your right
At the 4th light, take a RIGHT to bring you up to 21st Street
Take a RIGHT onto 21st Street and Hunters Point Plaza is on your right, the first building

From Brooklyn & Staten Island

(From Staten Island, take the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into Brooklyn)
Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) to Exit 31 (McGuiness Ave)
Off the ramp, take a LEFT onto McGuiness Ave. and follow it over the Pulaski Bridge
On the other side of the Pulaski Bridge, take a RIGHT onto Jackson Ave.
At the FIRST light, take a RIGHT to bring you up to 21st Street
Take a RIGHT onto 21st Street and Hunters Point Plaza is on your right, the first building

From Long Island

Take the Long Island Expressway WEST to the last exit before the MidTown Tunnel (Van Dam St)
Follow the exit ramp, go straight through the lights, paralleling the elevated roadway until you have to make a slight LEFT on to Borden Ave (basically just to get on the other side of the elevated roadway)
Continue on Borden Ave (passing entrance to LIE Eastbound) until Jackson Ave.
Take a RIGHT on to Jackson Ave, staying to the right to remain on Jackson Ave.
Go through 3 lights (passing Pulaski Bridge on the right) and the back of Hunters Point Plaza will be on your right
At the 4th light, take a RIGHT to bring you up to 21st Street
Take a RIGHT onto 21st Street and Hunters Point Plaza is on your right, the first building

From Upstate NY

The New York State Thruway becomes the Major Deegan Expressway
Follow signs for the Triborough Bridge to Queens
Take the FIRST exit (31st Street) off the bridge. Following the exit ramp,go straight (passing the municipal parking lot on your right)
At the first light, make a RIGHT onto Astoria Blvd.
Continue on Astoria Blvd until 21st Street (about 4 lights)
Make a LEFT onto 21st Street and go until 47-40 21st St. (you'll go under Queensboro Bridge and passed a US Post Office)
