|Duties/Responsibilities||Must be able to communicate effectively and timely with staff and public; have good organizational and
computer/electronic skills; will review incoming/outgoing correspondence and draft responses for the Regional Director
where appropriate; prepare reports, documents, correspondence including CCU correspondence, as needed; coordinate
information flow between the Regional Director and other staff; research information; transmit instructions to Program managers and staff with follow-up; coordinate and arrange meetings for the Regional Director; handle phone calls and visitors to the Department; maintain filing systems, including electronic; supervise Regional office support staff; process invoices and revenue accounting expenditures; process travel expenses; act as proxy for Regional Director in FMIS when required; reconcile Pcards as needed; assist Administrative Assistant as needed; make travel arrangements for Regional Director.

Also any language parenthetic for the above titles. You will be required to demonstrate proficiency in keyboarding.
