|Duties/Responsibilities||Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; supervise support staff; prepare and process documents for contractual services; process payments for invoices; track and monitor finances; prepare canvasses and postings for job vacancies; prepare and submit documents for new hires; conduct reviews of staffing, equipment, and space needs; work with IT office to implement and maintain computer and phone services for staff; administer and process FOIL documents; maintain records management via transfer lists, State Records Center, DEC Warehouse; maintain website via posting and updating data as needed; maintain equipment inventory; and, monitor mandatory training courses.|
