Minimum Qualifications Strictly adhered to based on Civil Service requirements | Reassignment - Currently in the title and an employee of DEC or Reinstatement Eligible - Previously held the title on a permanent competitive basis or held a title as indicated under the transfer eligible section on a permanent competitive basis. or Transfer Eligible - One year of permanent competitive service at Salary Grade 21 or higher and: Eligible for transfer under Section 52.6: Must have current or prior service in a title designated at 52.6 within two salary grades of this position. Determination of titles that are 52.6 eligible can be found on the Department of Civil Service website, search "GOT-IT" Non-Competitive Minimum Qualifications - One Year of Service as an Affirmative Action Administrator 1, Sg-18 OR Seven years of experience in equal employment opportunity, human rights, or affirmative action. Qualifying experience includes working with community service organizations concerned with affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, civil rights, diversity management, minority business development, or similar programs; recruiting, training, and upgrading the educational and job qualifications of protected class members; or working in human resources in areas directly related to affirmative action. Substitutions: bachelors degree may substitute for four years of experience; associates degree for two years; and J.D. or masters degree for one year. |
