Minimum Qualifications

Strictly adhered to based on
Civil Service requirements
Bachelor's or higher level degree and eight years of experience in a position related to project management or oversight of for the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably watershed related. 3 of these years must be have been at a managerial level.

Preferred Educational Qualifications: a Bachelor's or higher level degree related to engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration.
